The main culinary offering is crafted from the best you can find while traveling, always with sustainability in mind, by renowned chefs who have taken care of us and helped us understand that quality, when done well, elevates pleasure. Each dish is featured in our “bites,” named after historical bon vivants or icons of the good life related to the main ingredient. The drink selection, with special wines and spirits for our guests, also seeks to make them aware of their luck… That and so much more is Farniente.
