Restaurante Casa Pedro, an emblematic place located in the heart of the city, in the Historic Centre of Zaragoza, has a long history since 1950 and is a gastronomic reference in the Aragonese capital.
The brothers and Chefs Luis and Javier Carcas took full control of the restaurant in 2006 from the hands of Santiago, son of founder Pedro. His gastronomic proposal continues to grow with most suggestive arguments. The two took over a restaurant strongly anchored in the traditional cuisine and to which they have contributed their refreshing, current and creative style of cooking by incorporating new techniques and products, but having clear his past and not giving it up.
