Founded in 1900, La Zaragozana is an independent Spanish brewery that maintains the spirit of family business in constant evolution.

With 18 varieties, Cervezas Ambar is the brand with the highest number of specialties. He continues to brew beer in the factory premises where he started making beer at the beginning of the last century, located in the historic neighborhood of San José.

It maintains the artisan processes of the 20th century, such as its own malting or the only open-celled fermentation room that currently exists in our country.
