From the kitchen of QUEMA is proposed a market kitchen where classic dishes and products are prepared, transferring them to the current gastronomy and served with generosity.
We offer a welcoming space where the relationship and connection between customers and the kitchen is bi-directional; through a partition, which connects the room with the kitchen, diners can see the kitchen team preparing their dishes, and these in turn can the expression of the diner when his plate comes to the table and tastes it.
