RESTAURANTE CASA PASCUALILLO BY LA SENDA
Casa Pascualillo, successor to Casa Martínez (late 19th century), was founded in 1939. Its founder was Don Pascual Álvarez Pascual, great-grandfather of the current owner, which already belongs to the fourth generation of restaurateurs.
It is a well-known meeting place, the smell of pot, workers, artists, politicians, athletes and people of all professions.
The place contains a bar stocked with a variety of tapas, highlighting the well-known "Cigalas de Huerta", Baked cod and assorted TAPAS.
The restaurant consists of six dining rooms, of which four serve as private dining rooms, including the old cellar dating from the sixteenth century. As typical dishes of the house, the artichokes, "Sesos rebozados", "Cocido madrileño", "Toro de Lidia stew", Callos, lamb and pork, "Roast Ternasco with potatoes", "Calamares en su tinta" and a long etcetera.
Award to the best family kitchen 2008 of Aragon, awarded by the Aragonese Academy of Gastronomy.
