On the occasion of the commemoration of the Bicentennial of the Sites , the 2008 Zaragoza Foundation promoted the placement of a series of memorials in different enclaves of Zaragoza, where many of the most important moments of the Sites had taken place.
The City Council, in collaboration with the Caja Rural de Aragón, has recently renewed the signage of 23 of these highlights during the sieges.
Zaragoza Tourism, in order to publicize one of the most important episodes in the history of Zaragoza, offers a new guided route that recalls some of the events experienced from May 1808 to February 1809.
