ACTION B.7. IMPROVEMENT OF THE ECOLOGICAL STATUS OF THE GREEN MATRIX
There are two most important measures to improve the ecological status of the Green Matrix: on the one hand the draft of a special plan for the protection of "el Vedado de Peñaflor” and its environment, a area of 600 hectares of Mediterranean forest in our municipality, of high ecological and social value, and secondly, a plan of forestry guidelines for the Monte Torrero to allow regeneration of the green lung of Torrero through demonstration actions and treatments so as to improve their biodiversity.
