- The presentation shows that the success of the reforms initiated by the Government of Senegal in urban area (affermage contract) and rural area (management reform of the motorized boreholes (REGEFOR)contributed positively to the definition at the beginning of 2005 of a new sectoral policy and a national programme of investments for the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDG¿S) related to drinking water supply and sanitation.
