Zaragoza Congress begins its promotion of 2023

At the local level, Zaragoza Congresos has held the first #ZCBProfitClub of the year at CaixaForum Zaragoza, which has reached record numbers of attendees compared to previous editions, forcing the Convention Bureau to open a waiting list to ensure that the networking event ran smoothly. On the other hand, it celebrated that the recently created Corporate ZCB reached 100 members in barely a year and a half with a dramatized visit to the Alma Mater Museum and subsequent networking. Corporate ZCB tries to promote a closer relationship with the business sector of Zaragoza, not directly linked to the organization of events. Its objective is threefold: to have the support of relevant city companies in their promotion of the city as a destination; offer information and collaboration in the organization of their events and participate in their dissemination; establish synergies between the member companies of Zaragoza Congresos, linked to the meetings market, and these companies dedicated to other professional fields.

At a national level, Zaragoza Congresos has attended various events in the sector in which it has continued to promote its entire congress offer to those attending the MICE & Forum Inside in Granada and the Grupo eventoplus MIS in Madrid. At the Association Meeting Workshop organized by MICE & Forum, Zaragoza Congresos announced the free services for event organizers to more than twenty associations in the country, many of them interested in holding their next congresses in the Aragonese capital. At the MIS, the Zaragoza Convention Bureau held more than twenty meetings with different national event agencies to which it showed the destination's MICE offer. In addition to these workshops, Zaragoza Congresos travelled to Madrid and Barcelona to meet with different companies interested in organizing events in the city.

In this way, Zaragoza continues to maintain itself as a benchmark for Spanish MICE while working on the actions scheduled for the coming months, including attendance at the Assembly of the Spain Convention Bureau and the Iberian MICE Forum in Logroño.

And, ultimately, all these actions and the current situation have led to a significant increase in the market for congresses and events in Zaragoza in the first months of 2023 and with prospects for it to increase considerably until the end of the year.
