Miguel Angel Navarro desings a building with a strong personality, which stands out in the urban space where it is located. The monumental façade is defined above all by its curved cant with two clearly-differentiated floors: the lower one, as a basement, supports the upper body treated as a classic temple. On the entablature, a rectangular frieze is decorated in relief, which refers to education: groups of children surround the bust of Minerva, the goddess of wisdom. The interior distribution is articulated around a rotunda with great functionally covered with a dome.
