Iglesia de la Mantería

This is the only testimony that we preserve of the old convent of Santo Tomas de Villanueva. The whole inside is decorated with an impressive series of frescos painted by Claudio Coello, painter of king Carlos II. Since 1883 it belongs to the School of the Escolapias.
