Central Market
Designed in 1895 by the Aragonese architect Félix Navarro Pérez who was inspired by the currents of Parisian modernism advocating mainly the use of iron, the Central Market of Zaragoza finally saw the light in 1903.
In February 2020 and after two years of work, the Market reopened its doors proudly displaying all its original splendor.
The stalls selling meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, flowers, etc., coexist with stalls selling tapas, cocktails, and healthy food which, together with the organization of concerts and other recreational activities, turn the central market into a point of purchase and encounter.
Going to the market has never been so entertaining.
