Muel
"It is a temple with a very simple rectangular plan, with a single nave, with small altars on both sides of the nave and a flat square header where the Virgin's chapel is located."
Its decoration reveals influences from that of the Basilica del Pilar in Zaragoza. The tilework of Muel stands out, but especially the mural paintings that Francisco de Goya carried out on the pendentives of the dome that covers the Chapel of the Virgin, dated around 1770, shortly after the renovation of the construction. The figures of the Holy Fathers of the Western Church were represented on a dark blue background and a very reduced setting.
