Municipal Tourist Offices

The Municipal Tourist Offices of Zaragoza remain open during their usual hours. The guidelines and recommendations set by the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality (ICTE) have been followed in order to maintain the necessary protocols and safety and hygiene measures for COVID-19. Methacrylate screens, safety signs, pictograms and other important indications, as well as hydroalcoholic gel dispensers, have been installed to offer our visitors the maximum safety guarantees.

In addition, our offices now have a restricted capacity and a signalled circulation flow to maintain the safety distance. Cleaning and disinfection frequencies of the facilities have been increased.

The service is also provided through:

Tourist assistance is offered in four languages, apart from Spanish (English, French, German and Italian), from 10 am to 20 pm.

You can also download the brochures via QR codes on any mobile device or from the Zaragoza Turismo website.

Likewise, the option of sending tickets for contracted services via e-mail has been incorporated, thus avoiding the handling and exchange of paper, being also more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

In this way, Zaragoza Turismo becomes the first tourism board in Spain to obtain the AENOR certification for its protocols and good practices to deal with risk situations arising from the pandemic.

In addition to the four tourist offices, ten cultural facilities in the city have also obtained this certification: the Auditorium-Palacio de Congresos de Zaragoza; the Principal and Mercado theatres (Municipal Board of Performing Arts and Image); and the museums of La Lonja, Pablo Gargallo, Roman Theatre, Roman Forum, Roman Baths, River Port and History Centre.
