EFQM Excellence Model - Club de Bussiness EXCELLENCE +400

In 2012 Zaragoza Turismo gained entrance to the Club of Business EXCELLENCE +400 through the evolution of the ISO 9001:2008 model in the EFQM System (European Foundation for Quality Management). This club is comprised of those Aragonese companies that have been awarded more than 400 points in an approved evaluation according to the EFQM excellence model. Continuing with Quality Policy?s commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, Zaragoza Turismo has continued to work with the EFQM model of Business Excellence 2012. This system is process- and result-orientated and controlled through the Indicator Scorecard linked to organisation plans and strategies, thanks to the incorporation into the Club 400 of the Government of Aragon in 2012.

In 2013 Zaragoza Turismo obtained the Seal of Business Excellence of Aragon, granted by the Instituto Aragones de Fomento within the framework of the 10th Business Forum of Aragon. The aim of this award is to acknowledge companies that have demonstrated a high commitment to excellence. The award presentation took place on 6 November at the Auditorium and Convention Centre of Aragon, during the second day of the forum, with 39 companies from the Community that where awarded the Seal of Business Excellence of Aragon.
